Shrooms #3

After failing to harvest for than two large mushrooms from our first attempt we have success with the second! Here's a picture. Just took a lot of water and warmer outside temperatures. Our house is too dry mid winter to support fungi growth! I'm hoping to have eat some of them tomorrow, also hoping to talk the kids into trying them. They are iffy at this point, but they're brave eaters, I'm sure they'll try it. Alysssa, well that's another story. Don't tell her I told you, but she's the real picky eater in the family.
